香辣惹味一鍋

材料:

粉絲 2紮
素免治牛肉 120克
唐芹 1條,切粒
紅辣椒 1隻,切粒

調味

薑茸 1茶匙
豆瓣醬 1湯匙
糖 1茶匙
老抽 1湯匙
麻油 1湯匙
辣椒油 適量(怕辣可不用)
水 1/2杯


做法:
  1. 浸軟粉絲,唐芹、紅辣椒切粒。
  2. 起油鑊爆薑茸、紅椒粒、唐芹粒,加水、素免治牛肉炒至水份適量,再加入浸軟的粉絲兜勻。
  3. 倒入所有調味料,炒至乾身即成。


Sauteed Vermicelli with Vegetarian Minced Beef

Ingredients:

Vermicelli 2 bunches
Vegetarian Minced Beef 120 g
Chinese Celery 1 stalk, cut into dices

Red Pepper 1 piece, cut into dices

Seasonings:

Ginger paste 1 tsp
Chili Bean Sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Sesame Oil 1 tbsp
Chilli Sauce Appropriate (Skip if don’t like it spicy)
Water ½ cup



Steps:
  1. Soak the vermicelli, cut the Chinese celery and red pepper into dices.
  2. Fried the ginger paste, red pepper and Chinese celery dices together, add water, vegetarian minced beef till the water is just right; then add in the soaked vermicelli and mixed all the ingredients together evenly.
  3. Add in all the seasonings and fried until the water is dried up.
