冬日暖胃南瓜粥

南瓜和果皮帶來天然的清甜甘香,冬日裏吃一碗綿軟的養生粥,暖心又養胃。

 

長芋舞茸南瓜養生粥

材料(2碗):

乾舞茸     3g    
南瓜      60-65g(已去皮)    
長芋      60-65g(已去皮)    
果皮      1/8塊    
十六穀米    10g    
日本米/珍珠米 35g(洗淨)    
水       850g

調味:

海鹽

做法︰

  1. 乾舞茸浸水至軟;

  2. 南瓜及長芋去皮切粒;

  3. 果皮浸水,去囊;

  4. 煲注入水,加入日本米、十六穀米、果皮,煮滾後轉慢火先煮10分鐘;

  5. 再加入南瓜,長芋再煮;

  6. 收剩少少水份,加入海鹽試味後便可。

小貼士︰

  • 十六穀米可在Citysuper購買,不用浸水,非常方便,煮飯也可。

  • 全程煮大概30分鐘。

 

Chinese Yam Maitake Pumpkin Congee

Ingredients(serves 2):

3g dried maitake 
60-65g pumpkin (peeled) 
60-65g Chinese yam (peeled) 
1/8 piece of dried tangerine peel 
10g 16-grain rice 
35g Japanese rice/Japonica rice (rinsed) 
850g water

Seasoning:

Sea salt

Steps︰

  1. Soak the dried maitake in water until soft.

  2. Peel the pumpkin and Chinese yam, then cut them into dices.

  3. Soak the dried tangerine peel in water. Scrape away the white pith on the inside of the peel.

  4. Pour the water into a cooking pot. Add the Japanese rice, 16-grain rice and dried tangerine peel. Bring to the boil. Then reduce to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

  5. Add the pumpkin and Chinese yam. Let the congee simmer further.

  6. Simmer until the moisture reduces. Season with sea salt to taste. Ready to serve.

Tips︰

  • 16-grain rice is available at city'super. It is very handy because no soaking is needed. You may also use it for cooking rice.

  • The total cooking time is around 30 minutes.
