火箭菜伴黑椒芝士香草杏鮑菇焗法包

材料(約2人份):

法式麵包        6片 
杏鮑菇         1條(粗大) 
水牛芝士=莫札瑞拉起司 3片 
火箭菜         少許

調味:

牛油          少許 
黑椒          少許 
海鹽          少許 
雜香草         少許 
胡椒鹽         少許

做法︰

  1. 把棍狀法式麵包橫斜切出六片;

  2. 每片的法包上塗少許牛油,灑上少量香草 ( 視乎喜歡而多放 ) ,放入氣炸鍋,以 180 度焗 10 分鐘,香草牛油法包就這樣形成,取出放在碟上;

  3. 杏鮑菇抹淨切丁,吸去水分;之後熱鍋放油,倒入杏鮑菇丁,煎香,待差不多完成前灑放香草及胡椒鹽;再炒一會,完成後分少量放在每片法包上;

  4. 將芝士切片,以一兩小片放在杏鮑菇法包上,加少許海鹽,再放入氣炸鍋以 150 度焗 2 分鐘;

  5. 取出芝士杏鮑菇法包,灑點黑椒;

  6. 最後放上火箭菜,完成。

 

Grilled Baguette with Arugula and Cheesy Black Pepper Herb King Oyster Mushroom

Ingredients(serves 2):

6 slices of baguette 
1 big king oyster mushroom 
3 slices of mozzarella cheese 
A handful of arugula

Seasonings:

A knob of butter 
A sprinkle of black pepper 
A pinch of sea salt 
A sprinkle of mixed herbs 
A pinch of pepper salt

Steps︰

  1. Cut the baguette on the diagonal into six slices.

  2. Spread some butter on each slice of baguette. Add a sprinkle of herbs (to your taste) and place the baguette slices in an air fryer. Grill at 180ºC for 10 minutes. When the herb butter baguette is ready, take out and place on a plate.

  3. Wipe and dice the king oyster mushroom. Soak up the moisture. Heat a frying pan and add a drizzle of oil. Fry the diced king oyster mushrooms until slightly golden. Season with a sprinkle of herbs and pepper salt. Fry for a little longer. Then spoon a small portion on each slice of baguette.

  4. Slice the mozzarella. Add a small piece of mozzarella on the baguette. Top with a sprinkle of sea salt. Place the baguette in the air fryer again and grill at 150ºC for 2 minutes.

  5. Take out the cheesy king oyster mushroom baguette. Add a sprinkle of black pepper.

  6. Finish off by adding some arugula on top.
