這道菜材料、做法簡單,煎炒的薯片香脆可口,居家下廚輕鬆容易煮出好味道。

 

薯片炒尖椒

材料:

薯仔  3個      
青尖椒 2隻      
紅蘿蔔 半條      
紅尖椒 隨量(裝飾用)

調味料:

油   1.5湯匙      
鹽   1小撮      
醬油  1湯匙

做法︰

  1. 薯仔切片(約3mm),紅蘿蔔切花,青尖椒切塊;

  2. 薯片、紅蘿蔔汆水至半熟,晾水備用;

  3. 落油起鑊,煎炒薯片、紅蘿蔔至香透(薯片稍焦),放青尖椒再炒一會。以鹽、醬油調味,起鑊。最後加上紅尖椒作裝飾,便可品嘗。

 

Sliced Potato and Chilli Pepper Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

3 potatoes   
2 green chilli peppers   
1/2 a carrot   
Red chilli pepper (for garnishing)

Seasonings:

1.5 tbsp cooking oil  
A pinch of salt  
1 tbsp soy sauce

Steps︰

  1. Thinly slice the potatoes into roughly 3mm thick slices. Cut the carrot into flowers. Slice the green chilli peppers.

  2. Blanch the potato slices and carrot in boiling water until half done. Drain and set aside.

  3. Heat a wok and add the oil. Fry the potato slices and carrot until done (the potato slices should turn slightly golden). Add the green chilli peppers and stir fry quickly. Season with salt and soy sauce. Dish up and garnish with red chilli pepper.
