夏天熱浪滾滾,吃雪條的季節到啦!今期,純素媽媽Grace教各位製作家居版雪條,做法簡單,還有美麗的漸變顏色,十分夢幻!這次她選用了新鮮紅肉火龍果、芒果和蜜瓜,將水果的甜蜜冰封起來,入口清新。這款純天然雪條,比起外面買的健康得多。其中的紅肉火龍果是一種低能量水果,富含水溶性膳食纖維,具有降低膽固醇、預防便秘、潤腸等功效,很適合一家大小消暑解饞!
紅火龍雪條
材料(6條大冰條):
紅肉火龍果 1個(去皮,切成小塊)
芒果 1-2個(去皮,去核,切成小塊)
蜜瓜 1/4個(去皮,去籽,切成小塊)
做法:
- 用手提式攪拌器或食物處理器,分別將紅肉火龍果肉、芒果肉和蜜瓜肉打至非常幼滑;
- 先將紅肉火龍果漿平均地倒入冰條模具內,再加入芒果漿;
- 然後再加入蜜瓜漿至填滿冰條模具的頂部;
- 插入冰條棍,放入冰箱內冷藏五小時或至完全凝固即可。
Red Dragon Fruit Popsicles
Ingredients (makes around 6 large popsicles):
1 red-flesh dragon fruit (peeled and cut into small pieces)
1- 2 mango(es) (peeled, cored and cut into small pieces)
1/4 honeydew (peeled, seeded and cut into small pieces)
Steps:
- Use a handheld blender or food processor to blend the red-flesh dragon fruit, mangoes and honeydew one after another separately until very smooth.
- Evenly spoon the red-flesh dragon fruit juice onto the bottom of the popsicle moulds. Then add in the mango juice.
- Lastly, spoon the honeydew juice on top to fill up the moulds.
- Insert the popsicle sticks. Pop them into the freezer and freeze for 5 hours or until set. Serve chilled. Enjoy!
