馬上就要過耶誕節了!想必大家都已安排好假期的活動,趁着閒暇,與親朋好友們共聚!既然是耶誕派對,當然少不了各種惹味的小吃與零食!今期,美食達人藍婷教大家製作素版香酥雞翼,雞翼的調味已事先做好加工,因此當想吃的時候,只需要沾上生粉去炸,即可烹製出讓人吮指回味的素雞翼。操作簡單快捷,非常適合用來為派對做準備,亦很受年輕人歡迎!預祝大家耶誕快樂,吉祥安康!

 

耶誕節香酥素雞翼

材料(2人份):
素雞翼(素茂素食)半包  
羽衣甘藍 數片
生粉 (或用炸粉)一湯匙
水 半碗

 

 做法:

  1.  從冰箱取出半包素雞翼解凍,解凍後平放在碟上,待用;( 素雞翼材料已有調味,不用加工);
  2. 羽衣甘藍洗淨,以小塊放在碟上,待用;
  3. 把生粉加少許水,攪勻,把素雞翼放入沾上生粉漿,待用;或把生粉篩一下,讓生粉更細滑,直接黏付於素雞翼上,待用; 
  4.  熱鍋放油,放入沾上生粉漿或生粉的素雞翼,用小火略炸香;
  5. 將素雞翼外層炸至金黃脆口,撈起,放在羽衣甘藍上,稍涼後即可品嘗。

 

Christmas Crispy Vegetarian Chicken Wings

Ingredients (serves 2):
1/2 package of vegetarian chicken wings (Vege Prosper)
A handful of kale leaves
1 tbsp cornstarch (or frying mix) 1/2 bowl of water

 Steps:

  1. Take out the vegetarian chicken wings from the freezer. Place half package of chicken wings on a dish and defrost. Set aside. (The vegetarian chicken wings are already marinated. No need to add extra seasonings.)
  2. Wash the kale. Tear the leaves into small pieces and lay them on a plate.
  3.  Add a splash of water to the cornstarch. Mix well. Coat the chicken wings with the cornstarch mixture. Alternatively, sieve the cornstarch to break up the lumps for smoother texture. Then dust the vegetarian chicken wings directly with the cornstarch.
  4.  Heat a wok. Add enough oil for deep-frying. Deep fry the chicken wings over low heat until crispy.
  5. Once the vegetarian chicken wings turn golden and crispy, remove them from the wok and place on the kale. Ready to serve.
